[makan in Singapore] Ceylonese Crabs + Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore + Hey Kee Restaurant

On a nice Saturday afternoon, I met up my girlfriends for lunch, as recently, I was introduced to Ceylonese Crabs - a Sri Lankan restaurant offering an array of authentic Ceylonese dishes. It is located at the Seafood Centre of East Coast Park Singapore , and it aims to cater the Sri Lankan palate in a foreign land. We started off our meal with their Welcome Juice , and it went well with our Ceylonese Bite order - Batter Fried Onion Rings . I loved their Sri Lankan Egg Fried Rice , and I loved that they used Basmati Rice and some Sri Lankan spices in the dish. We also ordered the famous Sri Lankan Street Food - Roast Chicken Cheese Koththu, and it tasted pretty delicious. We ordered the Grilled Herby Jumbo Sri Lankan Prawns served with Saffron Rice and Cavier Butter Dip . The prawns were very meaty, juicy and nicely grilled to perfection. Sofitel Singapore City Centre  recently collaborated with renowned Korean luxury beauty brand Sulwhasoo , and launched the Sofitel x Sulwhasoo Ginseng Afternoon Tea at 1864 The Bar . This limited-time Afternoon Tea Experience came with a set of Sulwhasoo Anti-aging Kit. We started with Chinese Herbal Tea Quail Egg , which had a pretty Chinese Herbal taste to it. The additional olive oil pearls added enhanced the flavor into the egg! I loved the Chilled Ginseng Egg Royale with Shredded Crab Meat . I also loved how well the soft egg custard paired with the sweet crab meat. It tasted delicious, and we loved it. The Chicken Collagen Broth with Coconut Noodles and Goji Berries had a unique taste. It was served chilled, and I loved the crunchy texture of the coconut noodles. The Sweet and Sour Duo Fungus Salad with Shrimp was my favorite among the savory offerings.  The Ginseng Crème Brûlée Sable Cookie  was personal favorite among the sweet offerings, as I could really taste the ginse
