My dearie, Meryl finally got married! She has settled down with her boyfriend of 4 years, Joe, and they threw their wedding solemnization and luncheon at Mandarin Oriental Singapore . I met up with the Lee Family to witness the whole process of the ROM solemnisation as well as the tea ceremony. I love the viewing area, as it looked fabulous with all the props and framed photos! We enjoyed the luncheon very much. My favorite dishes were the  Fried Ee Mee and Teriyaki Cod Fish! These were the wedding favors from the wedding ceremony! We enjoyed the dinner very much! On a random weekend, Baby brought me to Simplicité which is located at Changi Road ! It is a Parisian-style Cafe in the day, and a laid-back neighbourhood bar in the evenings! Simplicité also has a wide array of drinks—from coffee, mocktails to cocktails. Baby ordered the signature La  Simplicité   cocktail which comes with quite a show.  I won’t spoil it for you, just get your camera and phones ready when the drink is served, but if you want to see what it's like, simply click the video file below to watch! We shared the Duck Confit , and it was perfect. The crackling duck skin was seasoned and pan-fried with a generous amount of brown sauce, a serving of broccoli, corn, and a bed of mashed potatoes!
