Exploring the Changi Jurassic Mile

After having last eaten at Suage+, a Hokkaido Soup Curry restaurant during my last trip to Hokkaido in February, both Baby and myself were missing the taste of authentic Hokkaido Soup Curry. We were both astonished and delighted to have found out that there is a Suage outlet right here in Singapore, at Changi Jewel

Traditional Japanese curry tends to be thick, creamy and heavy, but Suage’s soup curry has a watery and light texture instead!

HayBoy went for the kid’s meal which consists of popcorn chicken with rice and a bowl curry soup.

I had the Pork Kakuni, and it tasted pretty good! The meat was delicate, and the fats melted in my mouth. I loved how the lightness of the broth went well with the stewed pork belly. I enjoyed the light and watery consistency of the soup and found the spice level to be just right for us. The mild spiciness tingled my tongue, and the soup curry had a similar texture to minestrone soup.

The damage was affordable too, and the atmosphere was made even better with the companionship of Meryl, who joined us for lunch!

After our lunch, we brought Hayden to Andersen's of Denmark which has an outlet at Changi Jewel for some ice-cream fix! We ordered a double scoop of ice-cream with waffles, and I was glad that HayBoy enjoyed it very much. Thanks Baby for the dessert treat!

Happy Birthday HayBoy, and thanks Meryl ‘jiejie’ for the lovely birthday gift!

We were excited about the latest attraction in Singapore! The Changi Jurassic Mile is Singapore's newest and largest permanent outdoor display of 20 different life-sized dinosaurs.

We started our Jurassic Mile's experience from Changi Airport Terminal 4, and we parked our car at Carpark 4A

We were quite amazed by the realistic pre-historical creatures, and we couldn’t help taking pictures with them!

We especially loved the T-Rex display, and this was the main reason why we visited the Changi Jurassic Mile despite the hot and scorching weather!

This Jurassic Mile is a fun outdoor experience that is a must visit place for family or tourists, and it is also great for jogging and cycling too!

I end my post with one of my running buddies/colleagues during our evening run! We had recently formed a running group in our office for an evening run after work. Our running route is between 5-7km, and twice a week.
