Singapore International Jewellery Expo (SIJE) 2021

Jewellery is almost always connected to happy occasions, celebrating relationships, and are self-expressions of hope for the future! Diamonds have always symbolized love and eternity, and are found in some of the world's oldest pieces of jewellery.

The Singapore International Jewellery Expo (SIJE) 2021 marked their return after a long and difficult pause of two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During this period, many consumers in Singapore were less willing to shop under the tight measures.

With the return of SIJE 2021, the event was hosted at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre. The glittery 4-day show gathered buyers and jewellery enthusiasts for a visual feast over a splendid collection of gemstones and jewels across more than 100 brands!

The SIJE 2021 showcased a few pieces of USD 2 Million Necklaces that were made up of 35 pieces of 2 to 5-carat cushion-cut diamonds with a total weight of 88.81 carats, and D, E and F colors with GIA-certified. It was a rare find and it was presented by IVY Masterpiece.

Check out this Santa Maria Aquamarine by Simone Jewels which was worth SGD280,000.

Simone Ng is the founder of Simone Jewels, and she is known for her unique creations. She is the first Singaporean designer to showcase her designs at Harrods in London.

I got a rare opportunity to witness the collection of roughs which were owned by Kings Group. I was so happy to see the rare gemstones in their most raw form before they are cut, polished and set into dazzling jewellery pieces.

Thanks for having us at the Jewellery show! I hope to see more dazzling designs and finest rare gems at SIJE 2022.
