[USA TRIP] My visit to Washington, DC
After spending 4 days in New York, we checked out from the Avalon Hotel in the morning and made our way by foot to Penn Station to catch our bus to Washington D.C . Baby did his homework and read up from various websites on all recommended bus companies that ply the New York to Washington D.C route. There were various mixed reviews on different companies, and in the end we decided on using the Tripper Bus Service. We were glad that complimentary WIFI were rendered to the passengers on-board the bus, as the journey to Washington DC was about 4.5hours. The damage for our round-trip was USD134.50 for 2 pax. The drop off point was at Arlington, and we purchased a metro card each to take the metro train to our hotel! Our hotel was between the two metro stations of Foggy Bottom and Dupont Circle, and a 5 to 10 minute walk was required!
