Every December, my Company ( HMM ) holds its annual Dinner & Dance , and this year's event was held on the first week of December at the Sky Garden, Sentosa . Kudos to the NICEST colleagues to work with! My amazing fun-loving department!  I enjoyed my buffet dinner very much, and of course I was definitely more into the lucky draw than the food lolz!  My night ended on a happy note, as I won the 3rd prize during the raffle draw! Baby received a birthday promotion from DBS Bank to enjoy a 1-for-1 Afternoon Tea at Sheraton Towers Singapore . Since both baby and I love afternoon tea, he accepted the invitation for an indulgence. We treated ourselves to a cozy afternoon affair at the Lobby Bar with their Chocolate Indulgence Afternoon Tea Set. We were led to our seats, and upon being seated, we were given a drink menu to order from various choices of tea by the pot. Apart from the drink, we were also given a glass of Moscato as our welcome drinks. The highlight of this Chocolate Indulgence Afternoon Tea was the Chef Special’s - Lobster Meat Pie with Ivory Chocolate Bourbon Sauce ! It tasted pretty good, and I loved it! We ended our tea session with some pieces of premium chocolate pralines. It is a common practice in European countries to pop a praline in your mouth after dinner, and the best way to enjoy these delectable chocolates is to let it slowly melt in the mouth! Looking for a halal Thai-style BBQ steamboat? Then you should visit Sedap Thai ! It  offers affordable Thai Steamboat. They use beef fat instead of lard as a base for its Thai BBQ steamboat. Sedap Thai is located at the first level of Berseh Food Centre . I was delighted and at the same time surprised that the hawker centre was well ventilated.   There were enough fans around the seating area to keep us cool even when we were grilling our food, so we did not have to worry too much about the heat. We opted for an All-you-can-eat buffet that cost SGD22 per pax, and you can order anything on the menu  except from the seafood category, which will be charged separately. It is definitely worth it as we can dine on unlimited serving of meats and other ingredients. There are two soup options for the steamboat section - chicken broth and tom yum soup.
