RKM’s Fri-date after work - we visited Shin Katsu which is located along Tanjong Pagar Road . After placing our orders, an 'Amuse Bouche' was given to us as a welcome dish. This chilled tomato soup was sweet, refreshing and perfectly prepared our palate for our Tonkatsu mains. I loved my Japanese Curry Rice , and the curry was leaning towards a darker roux, with a deeper roasted flavor instead of the standard sweet note. The gravy coated the rice well and paired tastily with the pork loin, which was thick and moist.   The portion was generous to the point where I felt grateful for the miso soup and cabbage which were flow to go along with our mains. The free-flow soup was equally remarkable. Recently, I checked into the interactive pop-up beauty showcase by YSL, aptly named the ' YSL BEAUTY HOTEL' The event was located at 133 Cecil Street . Baby was pretty supportive to accompany me to this beauty event. YSL Beauty Hotel is a one-day 'Hotel' event which mimicked an actual lobby of a hotel. There were various neon lights in the shape of the YSL logo and the event was primaryily to adventure experiential beauty! I love their latest lipcolor launch, Rouge Volupté Shine very much!    Baby took a few random photos of me at the premises!
