It's my second year attending the Crayon ShinChan Run ! It was held at the  Marina Barrage this time.  I am lucky to have kakis around me who enjoy a fun run from time to time, and they usually keep me posted on interesting and cute runs. I am glad that I managed to secure my slot! Upon receiving an alert message via the JomRun App , I made my way to Marina Barrage to pick up my race pack. The collection of the race pack was pretty smooth. I saw  many parents signing up together with their kids, as I guess that this is a good start to relay the messages to kids on the importance of regular exercising and staying healthy. The flag off started with waves of people! It was pretty crowded even after we crossed the start line.  We played some games at the  race village  and won some  Crayon ShinChan Run themed Stickers.  All participants received a Crayon ShinChan Pouch which featured a  Yellow Bucket Hat and a random Card holder upon collec...

It's coming to the end of 2024, and what better way to end it by entering the 'Doraemon Run' ! This fun run was held at the Marina Barrage . I am lucky to have fun running kakis around me who enjoy interesting runs. Thanks SM for getting us a cute Doraemon Propeller Hairband .  Upon receiving an alert message via the JomRun App , I informed my running kakis to collect the race pack on my behalf as I was on vacation. We signed up for the 5KM Fun Run. All participants received a Doraemon Shaker Bottle, Tattoo Stickers and a random Doraemon Keyring in the race pack. I like the design of the cute Doraemon tee. I know I probably sound like a kid, but oh well, there is always the child in me! Apart from the runners’ entitlement, this event also offered bonding and quality time spent together. The slots were fully sold out pretty fast, and I am glad that I managed to secure my slot!  Upon receiving an alert message via the JomRun Ap p, I made my way to The Central, Clarke Quay to pick up my race pack.
