Recently, both Baby and I were craving for a comforting bowl of porridge, so in order to indulge my stomach craving, and we went to  'Gu Zao Ren Taiwanese Porridge' ! It is located at Changi Road , and they offer an extensive of variety of items on their menu to choose from. I really love their  Taiwanese Sweet Potato Porridge , and the best part is that after ordering your first bowl of porridge, subsequent bowls are free, so you can eat as many bowls as you want! My favorite dish to go along with my porridge is definitely the  Stewed Pork Belly with Mei Cai . Apart from the Stewed Pork Belly with Mei Cai, we also ordered  Brinjal with Minced Meat in Claypot and Hot-Plate Tofu . I was invited to attend the launch of the Kate Spade Fall Collection which was held at the Marina Bay Sands . This was an event by Harper Bazaar X Kate Spade . I brought Baby along as he loves Kate Spade too! Well, he loves buying it for me haha!   During the night, they showcased their latest collection, and I love the novelty themed collection best!   There was a paper-craft booth where I could construct paper poppy flowers with beautiful golden bling bling designs, and I did mine! I took some pictures with my poppy flower!     I took many random photos in the store, and I enjoyed my night, but most importantly, Baby now knows what to get me this coming Christmas. Shopping is fun in New York or perhaps the whole United States as everything seems way cheaper as compared to what we pay here in Singapore. Brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Nine West, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Aeropostale or even Tory Burch are actually affordable!   My exchange rate from SGD to USD was 1.36 back during my trip, but sadly it has dropped down to 1.34 now. However even with an exchange rate of 1.36, it is still very good deal when it comes to purchasing of our loots at the outlet mall.     Prior to this trip, Baby was the one who checked online and discovered that there is a famous outlet called the ' Woodbury Common Premium Outlets',  which is located about an hour away from Manhattan (NYC).
