[part 2] Short trip to Tokyo
This was my 5th time to Tokyo, and by now I am pretty familiar with the city, and know exactly what to do every time I return. As usual, Baby topped up the value for my Suica Card that allowed me to travel around Tokyo for the next 3 days. The weather in May was wonderful, as it was cooling at a temperature of 16-17C-ish. On this trip, I skipped visiting my usual haunts of Tokyo, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku. However, I still visited 2 favorites which were Nakano and Asagaya. Upon reaching Nakano Sun Mall , we spotted some cute Koala Maruyaki at Lotteria. We decided to taste them, as these cute eats were on for a limited period, and it seems the Nakano Sun Mall outlet was the only one having these on offer! There was a slight queue at the ordering counter, and each piece retailed at the price of 150 Yen! We picked up 2 pieces with azuki filling, and it tasted as good as it looked! We left Nakano after we had our lunch at our favorite Ramen joint.
