DBS has launched a new lifestyle platform for the tech savvy! Digital banking is now complemented by human connection, and I was glad to be part of the celebrations for the launch of said event at Plaza Singapura . This outlet has an open concept that is furnished with tables and chairs for patrons to chill/hang out with friends while doing bank transactions! I love the 'Café within a banking branch' concept, which DBS created. Essentially, it is the bank with its usual facilities but with a 'Café' twist! By having this niche concept, a relaxed atmosphere is created for all customers, and I'm very certain everyone would be delighted to be greeted by the welcoming aroma of freshly brewed coffee when entering a bank!
