Recently, I attended SIGEP ASIA 2025 , Southeast Asia's leading trade shows for artisan, gourmet, and fine food and beverages. These trade shows featured a diverse range of exhibitors, from renowned global brands to emerging homegrown artisanal producers. I had a wonderful time exploring SIGEP Asia 2025 as it returned to the Sands Expo & Convention Centre from 16 to 18 July 2025. The event spanned three halls across 10,000sqm with over 350 brands & exhibitors from more than 30 countries. One of the highlights for me at SIGEP Asia 2025  was the immersive edible art installation by Singaporean chocolatier Janice Wong. Do you guys miss going for running events? I do! I used to go for running events, as nothing beats the feeling of when you have finished a run. The sense of accomplishment is indescribable! However, with the ongoing pandemic, all running events have been forced to be cancelled for the time being. The popular American children’s television show - Sesame Street is celebrating its 50th anniversary, and the world’s first Sesame Street Run Tour made its stop in Singapore as part of its Southeast Asia tour following a successful run in the Philippines.   I was a fan of Elmo and am still a fan of him. He has always been a part of my childhood memories. The Sesame Street Run made its debut in Singapore at Our Tampines Hub (OTH), and I wanted to grab this opportunity to relive my childhood memories by meeting my favorite beloved Sesame Street characters.   Hay Boy, my nephew is a fan of Sesame Street too, and his favourite characters are Cookie Monster and Oscar. I brought him along for the run as well.
