I was invited by Asiasoft for the launch/preview of MapleStory's latest expansion and new game content. Having played MapleStory a long time ago, I was pleased to have invited, as it would allow me to catch up on what I've being missing!   The event was held at the 'Second-Storey Café', a quaint café/bistro that was exactly that! The place was located at Katong area, and was on the second floor of a shop-house.     Quite a number of MapleStory fans and players were at the event, and I met up with Jasmine and Ryden too!     Upon entering the bistro, some computers were already setup, in order to showcase the game. The 14th Annual Singapore JewelFest (SJF), Asia’s only curated exhibition will take place from the 7th to 16th of October 2016, at the Jewel Pavilion at Ngee Ann City . This event will occupy a 10,000 sq feet of space which will include private fashion showcases! The 10-day festival will feature high value investable gems, the art of craftsmanship and jewellery design and fashion of jewels. In celebration of the 50th year of diplomacy between Japan and Singapore, SJF has partnered with IKEBANA SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL to showcase the traditional Japanese art of flower arrangement through masterpieces inspired by works of artistry, craft and innovation from jewellers and designers of these two countries. SCRUM! is a light-hearted drama about the life of the passionate rugby campus team. I was part of the Private Screening of SCRUM! which was held at Sheraton Towers Singapore Ballroom  all thanks to Sweetie who extended her invitation to me. The host of the night was Jeff from Y.E.S 933FM. Apart from the premiere screening, there was a meet and greet session with the casts and the characters that they play in the drama, as well as sharing some stories and behind the scene bloopers with us...   The main casts (from left to right) Carrie Wong, Jae Liew, Jeffrey Xu, Felicia Chin, Chris Lee and Allen Chen.   The jovial Rugby Boys. A good pal of mine, Mint Leong had successfully held a media preview of Mint Showcase II at All About Eve Bar which is located at Arab Street , and she is also the vocalist for All About Eve Bar.                  I was glad to be invited to for the sneak preview during this closed-door event. It was a full 3-hour cozy affair with the program highlights - Introduction of Showcase II & Band, Band Performance, Interview & Photo-taking Session and Tea Reception.   Upon stepping in the premises, I was greeted by none other but the this bubbly and cute Mint Bear on the screen...   After a year, Mint has finally come back again with her all new music showcase II. She is all prepared for the official  Mint Showcase II which will be held in January 2013.
