For the friends who are close to me, as well as the readers who follow my blog regularly, it is easy to notice that I will never forget visiting my favourite Wanton Mee at Restoran Yit Foh whenever I visit JB, Malaysia! I have been patronising this eatery place since 2010, and it has satisfied my palate for seven years! As usual, last weekend, we drove into JB for our grocery shopping, and I visited my favorite eatery place for breakfast. My brekkie was fulfilled by a plate of yummy wanton Mee. I picked up some photo frames from Kaison. We love to frame up our travelogue photos, in order to remind us about our happy memories spent together! Last year, while exploring the inner parts of Mount Austin, me and baby discovered an eatery place that serves a delicious and tasty 'Chicken Pot!' I had enjoyed the experience, and recently I re-visited this eatery place again! On hindsight, I realized we discovered this eatery because we were attracted to the large bright yellow signboard that was very prominent! Upon being seated, we ordered the signature Chicken Pot, and requested for the Small Version. This version is already good for 1-2 pax. The Chicken Pot consists of various cuts of fresh chicken meat that is cooked in a delicious black sauce with chillies, and it is served on a burner in a pot akin to the ubiquitous Steamboat. At the eatery, one can also order some additional ingredients to 'throw' into the chicken pot aka steamboat style, and we did just that by ordering Golden Mushrooms, Tang Hoon, Black Fungus, Tang Ou, and Luncheon Meat. SDS Bakery & Café specializes not only in Asian and Western cuisine, but also offers confectionary delights such as cakes, pastries and assorted breads. Time flies really fast, and we are already on the 8th day of 2017, #throwback to the Christmas celebration as the Lee family (Jasmine and Ryden) planned a gathering at their place, Teban Garden. They invited us for a night of fun and laughter, and of course, not to forget to indulge ourselves with the hearty Christmas feast! We had pizzas, honey turkey ham, garlic chicken sausages, rosemary roasted chicken, ribeye roasted beef and garlic bread with mushroom soup.  Meryl was so sweet to prepare some snacks/titbits for our midnight mahjong session. Thanks for the kind gesture!  We did a mini gift-exchange with one another. Thanks for all the lovely gifts.
