I received a package - ' Grilled Mackerel'  by Ottogi , and I am glad that I was introduced to this microwavable grilled fish product which is easy to cook and has excellent quality! The company selected only quality graded   mackerels, brushed them with green tea and turmeric to get rid of the fishy smell, and seasoned them with salt to make sure they are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The grilled mackerel is a product that is enormously popular in Korea. It was prepared to be enjoyed by the elderly as well as children as 99% of the fish bones have been removed to prevent and avoid injury while eating.  This flavorful grilled mackerel is highly recommended to be served with rice. I recently had a craving for a comforting bowl of porridge, so in order to indulge my stomach craving, Baby brought me to 'Gu Zao Ren Taiwanese Porridge' ! It is located at Changi Road, and they offer an extensive of variety of items on their menu to choose from. I love the Taiwanese Sweet Potato Porridge ,  and the best part is that after ordering your first bowl of porridge, subsequent bowls are free, so you can eat as many bowls as you want! Out of the assortment of dishes you can choose, my favorite is the Stewed Pork Belly with Mei Cai , as it goes very well with porridge or rice. Apart from the Stewed Pork Belly with Mei Cai, we also ordered Sambal Long Beans , Cai Poh Omelette , Braised Claypot Tofu and Sweet and Sour Pork . I entered the world of blogging way back in 2010, and it has been a great experience for me. I am happy to have met some blogger friends during my blogging journey whom have become my close good friends/buddies! One of my closest friends from this journey is Meryl! Our paths crossed way back in 2014 when we attended a random food tasting together. We became closer as the years went by, and we've created many lovely memories together.
