A long-planned outing with the girls to JB was finally fulfilled on a random weekend. Baby joined us too as he took charge to ensure that our shopping/makan desires were fulfilled.   Baby drove in to our favorite town, Taman Mount Austin which is located at Jalan Kota Tinggi, Johor Bahru upon clearing customs. Upon reaching, we checked in to Hotel Austin Paradise . The room was fairly small yet cozy and was well equipped with essential amenities.   We headed down to ' Auntie Lim' for our late afternoon/or maybe some would say, an early dinner!     We ordered 2 portions of my personal favorite side snack, Chives Pancakes with Spicy Dipping Black Sauce! Each slice tasted awesome, was crispy and very addictive! In addition, each of us ordered a main course + a drink, and the damage of the meal was RM90 (SGD30-ish), which was equivalent to about SGD6-ish per person. 2 important occasions have passed this year's calendar within a month, and they were my birthday and Valentine's Day. Now I am so looking forward to March for my 2-week Holiday to... (stay tuned to @dipmecocoa to find out)   This year, I spent my Valentine's Day in KL, and Baby surprised me with an iPad Mini 4. My first thought was that it was too lavish, as that we should save up for our forthcoming trip. However, Baby insisted on getting me something that I like. Thanks Baby, #mysweetestdrug! I love my gift very much, and I am glad that we crossed each other's path 8 years ago. During our love journey, we created many memories together.   Recently, we discovered an affordable Korean Restaurant, ' Sunny Korean Cuisine' which is located at City Square Mall , and they serve an extremely value for money set meal.     We love the Kimchi Pancake very much.   It was not a lavish dinner but a heart-warming one with my sweetest Baby

On the 2nd day of CNY, I met up with Yongwei and Elizabeth for dinner at Junction 8, and we settled for Ambush, one of the restaurants which were opened on the second day of CNY, for our mini CNY gathering. We had an enjoyable chat time and I treasure these fun-loving and spontaneous friends of mine as this meet-up was arranged at the last minute!   I went back to work on the 3 rd day of CNY, so my colleagues and I arranged a CNY gathering dinner at Golden Mile Complex for an awesome Thai dinner after our work.   CNY visiting continues for RKM, as we drove up to Subang Jaya last Friday...   I re-visited Jin Xuan Hong Kong Dim Sum Restaurant as requested by Baby, and we waited 5-10mins for our table. We ordered various dim sum entrees for our weekend brunch.   We had Egg Tarts, Fried Carrot Cake, Pork Porridge, Chee Chong Fun, Glutinous Rice (lo mai gai), Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice, Braised Chicken Feet, Siew Mai and a Big Pork Bun!
