[service review] 70-minute facial & eye treatment by THANN

When I am packed with a busy schedule, one of the ways I have to de-stress is to pamper myself with a great facial/spa session. I got very excited when I received a lovely invite from THANN Singapore that allowed me to experience their first boutique store in Paragon Shopping Centre and I received a 70-minute facial which included an eye treatment too!

Lately, due to my hectic lifestyle, my skin wasn't in a good condition. My complexion is dull and feels dry at times. I scheduled it immediately on a weekend because my skin was in desperate need for some rejuvenation.

The facial therapist started off by removing my eye makeup with the Astringent Cleansing Water and this was followed by a Purifying Face Wash for a deep cleansing on my face. The cleansing and exfoliation helped to remove sebum and impurities, and of course, the dead cells on my skin as well. It also helped to provide more hydration as well as giving me smooth lines on my face!

The facial treatment does not include extraction as I was told that it will be a very relaxing facial session and they believed the unwanted bits of impurities like blackheads/whiteheads will be removed from the skin through the relaxing treatment instead of going through the painful process. I especially love how the therapist did a face massage to improve the skin's immune system and blood circulation.

I was given a mask with a wonderful massage to unknot all the stress off my shoulders. It soothed my muscles and stimulated my senses at the same time too! The smell of the massage oil was calming and aromatic as well. Ooh! I'm in love with the scent!

Last but not least, she applied Hydrating Emulsion, Age Inversion Eye Serum and Oil Free Facial Sunscreen SPF30 on my skin to target my dark spots after cleansing off the mask and toning my face with Astringent Toner which was topped off by the Facial Serum.

The treatment is meant for the delicate eye area to achieve a more youthful complexion and to improve skin texture. This treatment uses these device tools. The eye massage was awesome, and it greatly improves circulation and reduces tension around tired eyes with their refreshing and lifting massage techniques.

We were glad to be given the opportunity try out the new ‘Eye Treatment’ by THANN, and I had a complete Eye-Rejuvenating experience!

My face after the treatment was noticeably more radiant and glowing and I felt that my skin was suppler and smoother. The results were pretty lasting, (coming to a week plus), and I definitely can see a significant improvement in my complexion. I am in awe of the THANN Shiso Collection!
