I made my way to the MASTERCARD Theatres for the Gala Night of Notre Dame de Paris . Taking the world by storm since its debut in France in 1998, the musical spectacular Notre Dame de Paris is based on the author of Les Misérables, Victor Hugo's classic novel. It is a tragic love story of the Hunchback Quasimodo’s unrequited love for the beautiful gypsy girl, Esmeralda. I was given a pair of STALL-SEAT tickets and I was in for a treat. This lovely musical is supported by a fantastic score that places emphasis on emotional melodies, and the sou ndtrack has sold more than ten million copies worldwide. The show promises acrobatic contemporary dance choreography and beautiful melodies, and the setting back-drop features a 12-metre high ‘climbing wall’ representing the façade of the Grand Cathedral of Notre Dame as well as the famous Bastille Prison in Paris.   As usual, I am back for the update of my McDonald's Classic Plushie Collection. Till date, I have collected 3 plushies so far, and the latest plush I got from my Baby was Grimace .  Grimace is big and he is all purple in color. He has short arms and legs, and is often known for his slow-witted demeanor. His common expression is the word, 'DUH' Another 2 more plushies and I will be done with my classic collection, I simply can't wait for Officer Big Mac whom is pretty rare to be seen as a plushie in the McDonald's Community.   It has been a long time since I met up Linda ever since she took up her science course. I made my way to the launch of the 'NEW' Bishan Community Club (CC), and to witness the non-stop, adrenaline-pumping action, NERF Community Challenge .   Upon entering the Community Club, I was greeted by the new tenant of Bishan Community Club, Starbucks as it is located right in front of the entrance.      NERF Community Challenge was organised by Bishan Community Club (CC) in conjunction with the launch of the new Bishan Community Club .       Each intense match lasted a total of ten minutes and the team that amassed the most number of points by planting their team's flag at the opponent's home base advanced to the next round. The blasters used during the tournament were Nerf Elite Strongarm, Nerf Elite Rough Cut 2x4 and Nerf firestrike .
