I love Public Holidays!! We started off on our date by having the Macdonald's limited-time offer Purple Sweet Potato Waffle Cone Ice-cream ! Both of us enjoyed it immensely! Next, we went to the 'Starker's Bistro' outlet at HILLV2 . We ordered a pint of beer ech, and also got a plate of Salted Egg Sweet Potato Fries as an accompanying snack. The damage was SGD56-ish. We spent quality time at the Starker Bistro discussing about Baby's birthday trip in September! I end my day with our zi char fare for dinner at Bukit Timah Food Centre . The damage was pretty decent, and was great value for money! Tracy, Linda and I met up in a Monday evening for dinner, and we settled at Tok Panjang Peranakan Cafe which is located at Dorsett Residences Singapore . My short write up/throwback on my Phuket Holiday continues... The Hotel Burasari has only one eatery place, the 'Kantok Restaurant' , which serves morning buffet breakfast as well as all-day ala carte dining. Our stay was inclusive of breakfast, and I must say the spread was quite impressive! There was a wide selection of Western, Thai and Asian cuisines. I was quite enamoured with the different food options, especially on the egg station! After breakfast, we made our way to ‘ Let's Relax Spa'  for a relaxing spa indulgence! Baby was first introduced to this spa joint during our last trip to Phuket. I loved the service they rendered, as they began by washing our feet before leading us to the massage room for our treatment.    We were given biscuits and lemongrass tea after our treatment. The damage was slightly on the high side as compared to our massage parlours back home in Singapore, but I think it was worth it! ...

Spice Brasserie has brought back their sumptuous weekend seafood buffet! The beloved All-You-Can-Eat seafood buffet, aptly named 'Oh Crab, It's Back!' is now bigger and better than before! The Seafood buffet is available for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and dinner on Fridays to Sundays. I am a crab lover and I was definitely glad to be part of the food tasting of  Oh Crab, It’s Back!  at  Spice Brasserie, PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road . I  love each individual cooking method as they are meticulously prepared from scratch.       Crab lovers like me will be on cloud 9, as they can enjoy unlimited servings of crab dishes freshly prepared in different styles that range from  Chilli Crab, Salted Egg Yolk and Black Pepper Crab!
