I visited the 'Red Sparrow' with my baby for dinner, which is nestled in the historic Dempsey Hill. The Red Sparrow is a fancy Vietnamese Restaurant, which colourful oriental lanterns and decor add to its unique ambiance.       We ordered the Ph ơ ̉ B ò Vi ê n - house special Vietnamese beef balls and Ph ơ ̉ G à - boneless chicken leg and house special chicken meatballs as our mains   We shared the Chả Giò (deep fried rolls) - stuffings of fresh crabmeat, prawns, minced pork and taro with a tangy sweet fish sauce     Red Sparrow offers iconic street favorites of Vietnam! Vietnamese street food such as Pho and Banh Mi are favorite comfort food to the locals as well as tourists. I had a delightful dinner at Red Sparrow , as they serve very authentic Vietnamese food! It was early October, and I went for a tasting gathering at the newly opened ' Michin Korean BBQ & Hotpot' together with my blogging clique! This eatery is located at Toa Payoh.   We tried out their sizzling standard platter which costs only SGD19.80nett per set. If you prefer to have more options, then go for their 90-min buffet at only SGD19.80nett per person.    You can also add ons of the various succulent meats that are available (such as Wagyu Beef, Iberico Pork, Black Angus) and fresh seafood imported from local fish farms (such as lobsters, scallops and oysters) at only SGD5 per serving.      We were well taken care off by the friendly staff and I enjoyed the marinated chicken very much. Both Linda and I attended a fun filled cocktail party by Ultheraphy and Singapore Women’s’ Weekly / Nuyou Magazines at The Luxe Art Museum. There was a sharing session on Non-surgical Facelift procedures by Ultherapy, with Ultherapy Ambassador Ms Joanne Peh , Celeb DJs Jamie Yeo and Dasmond Koh. They shared on their personal experiences with us. It was really an intimate evening with the stars! We took many random photos with the stars!  We enjoyed the yummy canapés very much!   All attendees received a bouquet of flowers which was prepared by Ultheraphy .  Lastly, thanks for the invite as well as the door-gift!    One of our favorite and usual weekend activities is to drive into JB, Malaysia for shopping and eating.
