Headed straight down to TAB @ Orchard Hotel to attend the Lenka Music Showcase... Tickets were provided courtesy of Sony Music Singapore...

~ About Lenka ~

An Australian singer and songwriter… Lenka was born on March 19, 1978. Previously known in Australia as an actress, she has appeared in Australian television serials and feature films. Lenka was born and raised in the rural Australia until age seven when her family moved to Sydney, where she received her schooling and music training, and started work as a musician. Lenka's live performance and visual image has become synonymous with a naive-art, vintage craft style. Lenka involves fans in art-making at times. Lenka has a Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in sculpture from the College of Fine Arts Sydney.
Pretty crowded in the house. The atmosphere was great! The showcase started @ 7.30pm instead of 7pm as stated on the admission tickets... Everybody in the house waited patiently for her to perform on stage.

Lenka finally came up on stage... She sang about 7-8 songs from her latest album and the previous album... Baby loves one of her singles from her new album - Heart Skips A Beat. I love 2 songs of her - Live Like You're Dying & The Show...

Her performance was AWESOME! We had a great time there... Listen and experience 'LIVE' music is such a wonderful feeling... Thanks once again for the complimentary tickets... *HUGS*
