[randon-ness] Sentosa Sandsation 2017 + Hask Dry Shampoo Workshop

A DAY OUT FOR US!


Meryl and I went to Sentosa to visit the Sentosa Sandsation 2017 which was held at Siloso Beach. We loved the showcase of the larger than life sandcastles! 










We walked around the island and took some random photos before heading back to VivoCity for dinner.




We settled at Sushi Goshin for dinner, and nothing beats having a nice meal with her as we enjoyed our girls' talk and girl's outing! We enjoyed our Cha Soba and assorted sushi / sashimi very much during our dinner! 


We went to Temt for some shopping, and these were what we got after stepping out from the fitting rooms. We were happy with our hauls! 



Thanks Sweetie for extending her invite to the Hask Dry Shampoo Workshop which was held at Guardian Plus, Takashimaya Shopping Centre. We were given a goody bag filled with hair products from Hask. 



I can't wait to try out their Dry Shampoo as it is suitable even for people with sensitive scalp, and it also protects hair color well!



It has been a long time since the three of us (Jasmine, Meryl and I) met up over a meal gathering ever since Jasmine gave birth to Baby Rena in April this year. Finally, we set a date to meet up for lunch on a random weekend. We spent our quality time at Xin Wang HK Café which is located at HarbourFront Centre. I enjoyed their companionship very much! 




Lastly, I end my post with a lunch date at Ju Hao with Terence Yeo, and it has been a long hiatus since our last meet-up. Ju Hao offers authentic Northern Chinese food fare. I love the Shrimp Pancake very much, as they tasted amazingly delicious. Thanks for arranging this short lunch meet-up, buddy!

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
