[The Fullerton Bay Hotel] Afternoon Tea at The Landing Point

I was extremely glad to be back again at The Fullerton Bay Hotel to enjoy a traditional English Afternoon Tea at The Landing Point! Thanks so much to the hotel for this complimentary gift!

We were given a time slot of 3.30 - 5.30pm to enjoy our weekend afternoon tea. I personally felt that it was pretty reasonable to have 2 hours of nibbles and tea to keep our bellies full of happiness!

We were lead to our seats, and upon being seated, we were given a drink menu to order from various choices of tea by the pot. I went for the 'Silver Moon', while Baby opted for the 'Scarlet Hour' tea. Both of these are from the TWG Tea Company, and they tasted lovely.

The atmosphere was great, with a splendid view of the Marina Bay Sands as we were given indoor bar seats next to full length glass windows. Sipping tea on a Saturday afternoon is assuredly tops in anyone's book!

During our visit, the hotel was serving a Christmas Theme High Tea Session. This is the norm during December, and most of the confectionery and pastries are done with a X'mas twist!

Although both of us do not really have a sweet tooth, we enjoyed everything immensely. However, we preferred the savory offerings more as we kept requesting for them to be replenished, in place of the sweet ones!

Apart from the afternoon tea set, there is a mini buffet bar that you can help yourself to. There was Truffle Mac 'n' Cheese, Assorted Scones, Pumpkin Quiche and Fried Prawn Fritters. We were surprised that they offered pasta as part of the buffet spread.

We had a pleasurable experience on a whole. We enjoyed the food and service very much. The price per pax is roughly SGD50++, but thankfully we had complimentary vouchers! Of course, the experience of the 2 hours of a free flow of nibbles, tea, and chilling out at a great location made us want to come back again on our own in the future, as the friendly service and location was top notch!

Lastly, thanks to The Fullerton Bay Hotel for preparing a mini rainbow cake for us to celebrate our advance Anniversary which is just 2 months away!! Thanks for the kind gesture!

After our afternoon tea, Baby took some random photos of me outside The Fullerton Bay Hotel!

All my fond memories of my wedding solemnisation in February this year came flooding back when I walked past the floating pods! It's an understatement to say that my mind will always be filled up with lots of good memories everytime I am at The Fullerton Bay Hotel/One Fullerton!
