The Café Asia 2021, International Coffee & Tea Industry Expo 2021 (ICT Expo 2021), Sweets & Bakes Asia 2021 and Restaurant Asia 2021 were held during the endemic phase over a span of 3 days at the Marina Bay Sand Singapore Expo & Convention Centre.



This event was a significant moment for me as the long-waited event is finally held after an almost 2-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I am happy that we have gradually been coming out from the imposed restrictions!





Upon entering the exhibition, I was greeted by a roving robot, which now seems to be a unique innovation in today's F&B scene. His task for this event was to provide general services to visitors and lead them to their desired exhibitor booth!



 

Next, we visited the Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office Singapore (STATOS). We discovered a wide selection of authentic and organic Sarawak products. We were invited to spin their rainforest lucky wheel to win prizes that included STATOS corporate gifts and food products from Sarawak!



At the booth, we found iconic products on display, such as Sarawak Laksa paste, exotic bird’s nest, Borneo rainforest organic honey, local teas and a large range of popular spicy Sarawak pepper products.


Pontian Noodles Malaysia offers a wide range of their pre-packed noodles. You can choose from original to other flavors such as Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Spinach, Buckwheat and Wholemeal.







We were delighted to catch Elaine Wong (Hong Kong Siphonist Champion 2015 &

Hong Kong Coffee Championship Runner Up 2018 & 2019) LIVE in action. She shared with us the art of Siphon Coffee!
