Ashleigh turns 1 + Friends Gathering

My niece, Ashleigh turned one in February and we were so happy about her safe arrival last year.



Her birthday celebration was held at the HomeTeamNS, Bedok Reservoir.




I got my arm painted! Yes, it is my favorite Miffy design!






During the party, they engaged a fun activity for kids - A temporary Tattoo service! These tattoos are temporary and come in a wide variety of designs to choose from! Both Kaelyn and I joined in the fun.

Tracy finally obtained her BTO last September and we received her house-warming invite to her new home which is located at Bukit Batok Ave 8.


 

Thanks YX & Tracy for preparing dinner for us, and we chatted happily over the gathering meal. Before leaving her place, we took a group photo. Lastly, thanks for having us over!



One of my closest friends from my blogging journey is the lovely Meryl! Our paths crossed way back in 2014 when we attended a random food tasting together. We became closer as the years went by, and we've created many lovely memories together.



We met up recently on a random midweek for dinner at PLQ. After our dinner, we popped over to Fluff Stack which is located in the same building, and this eatery place serves delicious Soufflé Pancakes. Each pancake is made from scratch upon order, which explains why there is a 20-minute long wait time!



Fluff Stack is the spot to go as it is best known for their fluffy and soft soufflé pancakes. We ordered the Tiramisu Soufflé Pancakes. Nothing beats spending quality time together with your girlfriend on a night out!

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. Oh well, seems like a rip off to me!       The film focuses on Dusty Crophopper (voiced by Dane Cook), an ambitious crop-dusting plane that predictably spends his days flying over tall grass spraying fertilizer. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
