Dinner at Kota88 + ELEMIS Pop-up + Friends gathering dinner at Nana’s Green Tea

Another colleague submitted his resignation letter. On his last week of work, he gave a small gift to the colleagues who had been working closely with him during his tenure here. Thanks for the lovely personalised gift, all the best in everything you do in the future!

We went to Kota88 Restaurant on a random day after our work for dinner. It is a laid-back restaurant which is located besides Siglap V, and it has an extensive and impressive menu of Chinese-Indonesian food.

I had noodles while Baby ordered rice for himself as our mains.

We also shared the Sate Babi (10 sticks), and the meat chunks were tender and coated with a layer of sweet soya sauce!

The damage was pretty hefty for the amount of food we ordered. For the food quality wise, there is definitely room for improvement!

I attended the ELEMIS Pop-up at ION Orchard, B4 Atrium with SM. Upon entering the pop up, we were handed a game card to get a stamp at each station we visited.

We played their sure-win game machine and received a travel-sized sample of one of their skincare products. I picked up the green ball, and I was given Rehydrating Ginseng Toner.

We redeemed some free samples, which featured the Dynamic Resurfacing Brightening Serum, Pro-Collagen Marine Cream, Pro-Collagen Morning Matrix, Pro-Collagen Rose Micro Serum, and the Pro-Collagen Energising Marine Cleanser. To our surprise, we were given a deluxe sample trial kit - Dynamic Resurfacing Gel Mask.

After the event, we went for dinner at Sally’s, and it is a fairly new casual dining concept that serves recipes with Singapore’s culinary heritage while incorporating a modern twist on comfort food!

The food quality was surprisingly delicious and the damage was SGD45. I felt that it was pretty affordable, as we ordered 2 mains, 1 sharing side and tea by the pot with 2 cups. It is always a big ‘YES’ for me when the hot water is refillable.

I met up with Sweetie & Tracy for dinner after our work. We settled at Nana’s Green Tea, DUO GalleriaI went for Curry Chicken Katsu. It has been a long time since the three of uss gathered to have a meal together. We chatted till the restaurant closed.

Lastly, thanks Sweetie for the bag of goodies from Ho Chih Minh, Vietnam.
