Finally, JJM resumed our weekly meetups for weekend events, and this time, we visited the Children's Festival 2023: Nature's Imaginarium which was held at the Gardens by the Bay! We also went to the latest addition at   Gardens by the Bay - Jurassic Nest . It is Singapore’s first dinosaur-themed food hall that houses various Michelin Gourmand rated eateries! Diners could watch the animatronics of the dinosaurs come alive as they were programmed with multi-sensory and movement functions at certain timings daily. YAY! The immersive shows are free admission too! JJM signed up for the ‘ Discover Marina Central Race ’! The Discover Marina Central Race brought us on a 1.5-hour long journey around the Marina Central District , and our mission was to complete as many quests as we can within the time given! Breakfast in Hong Kong is always worth waking up for. On our 3rd day in Hong Kong, we went to a classic Hong Kong style café for breakfast. We took the MTR to  Wan Chai MTR, and walked about 10 min walk to   Capital Café  華星冰室 , sometimes known as Chrisly Café.  The café offers similar meal sets to the notorious but famous café, Australian Dairy Company. T he breakfast arrived within minutes of ordering, so I must applaud their speed! I had the breakfast set - Instant Noodles (Gong Zai Mee) with Pork Sausage and 2 slices of Luncheon Meat , as well as a cup of Hong Kong Style Milk Tea . The Scrambled Eggs were excellent, and I loved the creamy & fluffy texture as it was fried with Hokkaido Milk. The highlight was the Scrambled Egg Toast with Black Truffle , and every bite felt like a blessing!
