1664 Good Taste With A Twist pop-up experience + Dinner & Drinks gathering

Both Baby and I headed down to the ‘1664 Good Taste With A Twist’ pop-up experience which was held outside the Mandarin Gallery.

All registrants are entitled to a complimentary glass of 1664 Blanc, 1664 Lager, or 1664 Rosé. We took part in a quiz that was related to knowledge about the beer, and upon meeting some requirements, we got to customize our own tote bag!

Lastly, thanks Rue 1664 for the lovely tote bag!

Recently, I signed up for 2 events from 42Race App, so Baby brought me to East Coast Park to complete my virtual run. Yes, I have successfully obtained an e-badge each from each event from the App!

I recently prepared Cod Fish with Chye Poh at home. This is pretty simple dish to prepare as I steamed the fish first. While the fish was steaming, I heated up the frying pan to prepare the sauce with the Chye Poh to pour it over the steamed fish before serving! I am glad that Baby enjoyed the dinner!

Apart from the cod fish, I also prepared ‘Ru Rou Fan’ with the help of the Braised Spices Ingredient Bag. Thanks so much to Chewy Jas for passing this to me! The braised pork tasted good, and it went very well with white rice!

It has been quite a while since we last met up with one another. Ivy arranged for a gathering session with me, S, R and E at the Jyu Gae Bistro, which is located within the Lazada One building. The place serves Taiwanese Cuisine!

We ordered the Jyu Gae Signature 3 Bowls Set which allowed us to savor 3 famous Taiwan street foods at one go. It consists of Braised Pork Rice, Oyster Mee Sua, and Salt & Pepper Popcorn Chicken.

We also ordered other food items to share among ourselves.

After our dinner, we continued our night at Simply Live by Tin Box.

Apart from drinking booze, we also ordered some Sweet Potato Fries and Meat Bites to go along with our white wine!

Thanks for the company, as I enjoyed myself very much! We talked and shared about everything under the sun for a good 4 hours during our meet up! Let's have more outings and gatherings soon please!

Baby and I spent our weekend at Tampopo which is located at Takashimaya Shopping Centre. This eatery place is well-known for their Kuro Buta, and this is one of Baby’s favorite Japanese restaurants. It feels like i will most likely dine in at Tampopo again soon...

On a random weekday, we went to Boon Keng Road to have delicious Amoy Street Lor Mee. I love the gravy very much as this is the key element of the dish. It is thick and flavorful, and I really enjoyed it!

I end my post with a sushi party at Linda’s crib. We had fun making sushi together, and let’s do it again, Sista!
