Speciality Food & Drinks Asia 2024 and Speciality Coffee & Tea Asia 2024
Recently, I attended the launch of the 'Speciality Food & Drinks Asia and Speciality Coffee & Tea Asia 2024' - Southeast Asia's leading trade show for artisan, gourmet, and fine food and beverages which returned this year at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre.
These trade events are part of SIGEP Asia, the first Asian edition of the renowned Italian international artisan gelato, pastry, bakery, and coffee trade show SIGEP, which are held alongside Restaurants Asia and takeaway and delivery trade show Food2Go.
The trade shows featured a diverse range of exhibitors, from renowned global brands to emerging homegrown artisanal producers.
At the event, we got the opportunity to try out the Sambal Belado, and even now while talking about it, it made me drool… If you’re looking for a sambal with a whole load of kick – This is it! The Sambal Belado by Zoul’s Corner is akin to pure spicy goodness!
Next up was Tea Garden - Halal-certified chain restaurants that specializes in authentic Malaysian cuisine. They have over 30 outlets across Malaysia and Australia.
We loved Momolato, and there was a small crowd at the booth. We tried out various gelato flavors, and each flavor tasted awesomely delicious. Do visit the ice-cream parlor at Haji Lane!
We were glad to receive a bag of PR kit which includes some samples! Now, we can DIY our boba milk tea at home, as each packaging set contains 8 sachet sticks and 8 packets of boba!
Chef-in-Box is established in 2021 by a working mother who wanted to provide quality meals for her children. As such, she was inspired to create a tasty and wholesome meal that can be ready in minutes.
Simply heat up the meals according to the instructions provided and enjoy a delicious and hot meal in just minutes!
Lastly, we visited the OAT-LY booth before leaving the exhibition, and the friendly staff from OAT-LY welcomed us with a cup of Oat-Milk Coffee.
We also played some games at the booth and won some merchandise too!
