Discover the New Side of Blue – The 1664 Brut Blue Party + Lunch at Flipper’s Bugis

Both Baby and I headed down to Kronenbourg's ‘Discover the New Side of Blue – The 1664 Brut Blue Party' which was held outside the Mandarin Gallery.


At this event, Kronenbourg 1664 introduced a new addition to their beer family - 1664 Brut. It is a sophisticated new brew that is a crisp golden, premium lager beer with a sparkling twist.

At the pop-up, we were given a unique chance to pour a draft a complimentary pint of the new 1664 Brut for myself. I loved the sparkling finish that had a hint of floral and grape notes, which gave me a unique and refreshing drinking experience.

Baby and I spent our Sun-date at Tampopo which is located at Takashimaya Shopping Centre. This eatery place is well-known for their Kuro Buta. The main agenda of making this visit was that Baby needed to renew his membership, and we were given a welcome voucher of SGD38 to redeem within 60days. One of the benefits of being a Tampopo Member is that a SGD20 voucher will be given on the member's birthday month!


YAY! I feel that we will probably be back to dine at Tampopo real soon!


I had a lunch date with Chewy on a random weekday, and we met up at Flipper’s which is located at Bugis Junction.







All the pancakes at Flipper’s are crafted from Hinata Japanese eggs ~ premium fresh eggs that can be eaten raw! The texture and flavor of the soufflé pancakes are light and felt like a chiffon cloud!






I could not believe that we only paid for our drinks as our pancakes were complimentary. We got this free treat by signing up with the Passionation App to receive a FREE Maple Butter Pancake at Flipper’s outlet.
