I met up with Meryl & Chewy to experience the magic of Japanese overnight hair repair technology at the Moist Diane Ryokan Night-Time Tress Pop-Up , which is located at NEX ! The mock-up ‘Ryokan’ at Diane's pop-up was pretty well done! I loved the futon installation and the onsen-like ball bit with prizes. The design of this space definitely brought me back to my experience at a traditional Japanese inn. At the pop up, we played some interactive AR games, as well as customizing our own scented sachets and collected their latest haircare products. We had an amazing charcoal hotpot buffet + BBQ dinner at JDB Jackpot . There are 6 soup bases to choose from, and we opted for the Pork Bone and mushroom broth!  Their dinner hotpot is priced at $32.80+ and is inclusive of free-flow of drinks! (3 types of drinks to choose from:Water Chestnut, Calamansi Juice and Ice Lemon Tea) , There's also a s elf-mix Haidilao-style Sauce Counter and there was even free ice-cream and orange slices for dessert. It is definitely value-for-money as you have access to more than 70 items to choose from!  Singapore’s only LIVE Prawn HotPot + BBQ Buffet‘s main draw is that you’re allowed to catch your own live prawns out of a tank for your consumption!
