The Eurasian Association (EA) was set up in 1919 to serve the interests of the Eurasian community in Singapore.  It aims to obtain closer ties as well as to promote a better understanding of Eurasians to the other ethnic groups and nationalities in Singapore. The Eurasian Festival was organised and supported by the Peoples Association, and was held at the West Coast Community Club . I was glad to have attended the festival and to experience Eurasian Culture! There was a specially curated  Eurasian cultural exhibition  outside the community hall. The popular Cartoon Network characters , We Bare Bears are celebrating their Christmas this year at all malls belonging to the Fraser Property group. I met up with the Lee family, and I became a part-time nanny for Baby Rena! Along with her Mommy, Jasmine, we went for the Meet & Greet session which was held at the Causeway Point.   Have a beary Merry Christmas!  After that, together with Ryden and Baby, we went for our late lunch at Watami Japanese Restaurant, and we had a delightful meal there.  Thanks 8miles and Food Art for sending some samples/trial over to me. I love weekends!! Baby and I decided to go into JB on a random Saturday late afternoon for shopping and to have our dinner. Baby and I wanted to re-visit 'Chicken Pot' which is located at Taman Mount Austin , as they serve delicious and tasty Chicken Hotpot! Upon being seated, we ordered the signature Chicken Pot, and requested for the medium sized version. The small version is meant for 1 person. The Chicken Pot consists of various cuts of fresh chicken meat that is cooked in a delicious black sauce with chillies, and it is served on a burner in a pot akin to the ubiquitous Steamboat. At the eatery, one can also order some additional ingredients to 'throw into the chicken pot aka steamboat style and we did just that by ordering luncheon meat, tang hoon, meatballs, hotdogs, an assortment of mushrooms, crabsticks and baby corn! I was extremely glad to be back again at The Fullerton Bay Hotel to enjoy a traditional English Afternoon Tea at The Landing Point ! Thanks so much to the hotel for this complimentary gift! We were given a time slot of 3.30 - 5.30pm to enjoy our weekend afternoon tea. I personally felt that it was pretty reasonable to have 2 hours of nibbles and tea to keep our bellies full of happiness! We were lead to our seats, and upon being seated, we were given a drink menu to order from various choices of tea by the pot. I went for the 'Silver Moon' , while Baby opted for the 'Scarlet Hour' tea. Both of these are from the TWG Tea Company , and they tasted lovely. The atmosphere was great, with a splendid view of the Marina Bay Sands as we were given indoor bar seats next to full length glass windows.
