Restaurant Asia 2023 + International Coffee & Tea Asia 2023 (ICTA 2023) + JIU ASIA 2023

The Café Asia 2023, International Coffee & Tea Asia 2023 (ICTA 2023), Sweets & Bakes Asia 2023 and Restaurant Asia 2023 were held at the Marina Bay Sands Singapore Expo & Convention Centre. The 3-Day Show welcomed international and local traders, and was also open to the public.

Check out this Sushi-Maker machine, as it reduces work time significantly. To our surprise, the sushi was pretty delicious too!

One of the highlights of this event was the newly launched Ömilk - plant-based Oat

milk. Ömilk Oat Barista is specially crafted to discerning palates of coffee enthusiasts, oat milk connoisseurs, and simply for those who wants to enjoy a classic cup of plant-based goodness.

We had a nice afternoon with four-time Singapore National Latte Art Champion, Jervis Tan and he showcased his latte work art with the newly launched milk products.

There was a pretty large crowd that formed at Momolato's booth. We tested various gelato flavors, and I must say that I have no regrets trying them as each flavor tasted awesomely delicious. Do visit the ice-cream parlor at Haji Lane!

Lastly, we visited Frozt before leaving the exhibition, and the friendly staff welcomed us with a flavored popsicle of our choice. I picked up the Peach Popsicle!

This year, the inaugural JIU Asia 2023 joined in the show! The event enabled attendees to network with a vibrant and diverse mix of individuals, and forging new connections.

We were given a bottle of water in our goodies bag, as it was meant to be crafted with a product called OXYTAP. This gave us the chance to receive a sample of oxygenated water to improve health and taste!

A Singaporean craft distillery, Compendium Spirits has introduced many premium spirits of unique Asian flavours. Such as Kopi-O Liqueur, Teh-O Liqueur Rojak Gin, Chendol Gin, Ondeh Ondeh Soju, Pineapple Tart Soju, Bandung Soju and etc.

As an ancient Chinese saying goes - ‘A thousand cups are too little when you drink with great friends’ (酒逢知己千杯少). JIU ASIA 2023 has offered a chance to indulge and connect with genuine spirits lovers from the local drink-scene.
