Reign of Assassins preview screening

I won a pair of tickets to Reign of Assassins (劍雨) from xinmsn.com! Baby & I went for the preview screening... The e-mail stated that the show started @ 7.30pm... But upon collection of the tickets, to my surprise, the show started @ 7pm i/o 7.30pm... Because of this mistake made on the e-mail, Baby was slightly late for the show. He reached @ 7.15pm instead..

Reign of Assassins, the swordplay epic produced by legendary Hong Kong Director John Woo.

This film is quite entertaining. Definitely not a classic 'wuxia' movie. 'Reign of Assassins is slightly different from other John Woo's movies - This movie flashed out all complicated characters' backgrounds... It's a basic plot that is understood by all the audience... Does that sound yay or nay?

I think Michelle Yeoh is way too old for Jung Woo Sung in the show... They kinda lack some chemistry in the show too...

Personally, I feel that "Reign of Assassins" is the Asian version of Mr & Mrs Smith, a similar hollywood movie, where Michelle Yeoh and Jung Woo Sung play a married couple... Just like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie did, both unaware that their spouse is actually a TOP assassin.

Jung Woo Sung is one of the best and most versatile Korean actors to date... His smile is really awesome! Love his eyes :)
