Soupy Ramen dinner fix

Dinner with Verlyn @ Bugis Junction... We went to Sapporo Ramen Bishamon as I was craving for something warm and soupy to the weather is pretty cold lately...
Below were our main entrees @ Sapporo Ramen Bishamon - Bugis Junction... Our damage was SGD35.60... That was pretty pricey!

~ We shared the side dish - Soft Shell Crab ~

~ Extract from the webbie for a better viewing ~ Tonkotsu Spicy Miso Ramen

Cloudy white-colored broth which is brewed from pork bones, fat, and collagen for hours infusing the broth with hearty pork flavor and creamy consistency. Topped with bean sprouts, corn, nori (seaweed), leeks, bamboo shoots, sliced cha shu (pork loin) and served with springy and curly noodles. Lastly the tonkotsu toppings – blackish, aromatic oil made from either charred crushed garlic or sesame seeds.

Original Miso Sapporo Ramen

The authentic thick and savory pork and chicken broth, topped with bean sprouts, corn, nori (seaweed), leeks, bamboo shoots, sliced cha shu (pork loin) and served with springy and curly noodles.

~ My verdict for my meal ~

The soup base is thick and full of flavour, but a bit on the salty side... The ramen's texture is springy and cooked to perfection. The services are pleasant and efficient. The only negative review for my meal is our side dish - Soft shell crab... It is not crispy at all...

If you are looking for fast-paced and decent ramen... Do consider Sapporo Ramen Bishamon then :)
