Meryl's Birthday Celebration

Meryl is approaching her big 3, and she wanted to do something significant for herself. She booked a hotel staycation at Hard Rock Hotel, Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) as part of her birthday celebration. I received a message alert from her and she told me about it. Both Baby and I accepted her invitation immediately once we received her message.


On the day of celebration, before we headed over to the Hard Rock Hotel, we went for lunch at Wave House, Siloso Beach. We had a delightful lunch, and i enjoyed their companionship immensely!


After that, we went to the Sentosa Sandsation 2019 - Star Wars Edition which was also held at Siloso Beach. We were so lucky to catch it as it was the last day when we were there. 



We loved the showcase of the larger than life sandcastles! 



Upon entering the room, there was a huge mood of party celebration going on as wall decorations were put up.



The hotel room was facing the swimming pool, and I took a selfie at the balcony.



 One of the cakes was from the PR agency, ‘Brand Cellar’, and thanks for making her day even more special with this lovely gesture!

Thanks for the wonderful invitation and it is always nice to have nice good friends whom make my life brighter and fill it with laughter!

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. Oh well, seems like a rip off to me!       The film focuses on Dusty Crophopper (voiced by Dane Cook), an ambitious crop-dusting plane that predictably spends his days flying over tall grass spraying fertilizer. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
