[random] Canon iNSPiC series + Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore

After 5 years of hiatus, I re-visited Antoinette which located Penhas Road, as I stay nearby to the Lavender area. The place looks so jaded as compared to my last visit, although it is still a great place for desserts.

Baby and I shared the Japanese soufflé pancakes - Tres Berries, and share a pot of Chamomile tea. I really enjoyed the desserts in Antoinette and I will be back. I really hope that they can do some refurbished in their furniture. I still want to keep my memories fresh of the hay days of Antoinette.

I re-visited Soi 47 Thai Food after a hiatus of 2 years. This eatery place is located at King George Road. We started off with the Thai Prawn Cake, and it tasted super yummy!

We also ordered a bowl of Tom Yum cream Soup with Seafood. The spiciness level just right for us and it is pretty authentic. The soup does come with a generous portion of seafood, which included fried fish and prawn. The total damage was about SGD35!

I met up with Jasmine at Best Denki - Funan Mall to check out the Canon iNSPiC series products.

The Canon iNSPiC [S] is not the first instant camera printer in the market, but it is one of the smallest and lightweight for easy carrying around!

For selfie lovers, there is a mirror dome and a built-in LED ring flash around the lens for composing selfies. There is a micro-USB charging port and a microSD card slot that supports up to 256GB for storing photos. The iNSPiC can also be connected via Bluetooth to print photos that are stored in your smartphone via using the Canon Mini Print app. I was pretty pleased with the image, as the prints are surprisingly good. We were impressed by functions of the products and freebies included if purchased during the bundle deal promotion.

If you want an instant camera printer or just an instant printer, the Canon iNSPiC series are highly recommended. Do drop by the store to try out and experience the products yourself!

Weekend sports fun day for Hay Boy, and this time round, we brought him with us on a random RKM Sat Date.

We went to the National Stadium for a basketball session. After the session, we picked up some Three Legs Cooling water to cool ourselves down.

Remember to keep fit and healthy by drinking lots of water and exercising, as well as being disciplined in washing of hands during this period.

Do take care, everybody!

It has been such a long time since I went to Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore! This quaint place has been around since I was but a little girl, and it was a treat to come back here again for delicious Italian fare!

There is a huge variety of pasta that can be chosen from, and an even larger assortment of sauces to suit one’s palate! To name but a few of the pastas available, one can choose from usual favorites such as spaghetti or penne. Uncommon choices would be Capellini or Tagliatelle! For our particular visit, we had the ‘Alla Pastora’, an olive oil based sauce with mushrooms and bacon with Capellini pasta, and the ‘Alla Marinara’, seafood pasta with Tagliatelle and a tomato based sauce!

Unsurprisingly, the taste was tremendous! Portions were just right and the price was affordable for Italian fare! What really made me happy was that the boss, Mr Salvatore himself was still doing his rounds and service, even after all these years!
