Best of Asia - Seafood Fiesta at Plaza Brasserie

Staring from March 8 to May 31, Plaza Brasserie is pleased to offer the Seafood Fiesta under its popular Best of Asia themed from Mondays to Sundays. Plaza Brasserie is located at PARKROYAL on Beach Road.
 
 

Relish popular appetizers that include Oyster Shooter, Fresh Prawns on Sesame Toast, Tangy Crabmeat Cake with Coriander Leaves, Spicy Squid Salad, Deep-fried Crab Claws, Gratinated Half-shell Scallops with Fresh Herbs and Baked Whole Salmon.

 
Looking for the freshest seafood? Take your pick of Black Mussels, Tiger Prawns, Australian Queen Scallops, Fresh Oysters and Flower Crabs at the Seafood on Ice section.  
 
 
In addition, from Mondays to Thursdays, Chef Jackson Goh will also continue to steam your freshest catch such as Red Garoupa and Sea Bass and offer you the choice of either Hong Kong or Thai cooking style.

If you are a fan of shell-fish, then you are in luck now as you can look forward to the daily selection of fine seafood featuring White Clams, Lala, Fresh Prawns, Bamboo Clams and Green Mussels prepared in your choice of Black Bean Sauce, ‘XO’ Sauce, Black Pepper and Thai Chili Sauce.  

 
For all crab lovers like me, do remember to savor the delicious selections of Stir-fried Crab with Egg Yolk, Stir-fried Crab with Black Pepper Sauce and Stir-fried Chilli Crab. 
 
OM!! Stir-fried Crab with Egg Yolk tasted fabulous!! Once the crab was served on the table, I was too carried away by it till I was not aware of what was happening around me during the event... 
 

 
My dinner will never be complete without a plate of Salmon Belly Sashimi as it satisfies my craving. If you are more into Japanese Sushi or Sashimi, there is a decent spread for you to choose from...

In addition, at the Chef’s 'Live' cooking station, savor our Teppanyaki Selection of Prawns, Stingray, Sotong and Salmon from Fridays to Sundays.
 
 
Delight in the piping hot varieties including Deep-Fried Prawns with Garlic and XO Sauce, Crispy Soft Shell Crabs and Braised Sea Cucumber with Roast Pork, Stir-fried Sotong with Sambal, Stir-fried Beef in Pepper Sauce, Fried Chicken in Sesame Honey Sauce, Steamed Fish in Nonya Sauce, Stir-fried Vegetables with mushrooms and Fried Rice with Silver Baits and Long Beans. 
 
 
The clincher of the night apart from the crab was Steamed Fish in Nonya Sauce, it was tasty and whetted up my appetite...

 
Deep-Fried Prawns with Garlic and XO Sauce was pretty good too... 

 
If you have a sweet-tooth, indulge in the wide range of delectable desserts from Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts, Bubor Cha Cha, Red Bean Paste, Cheng Tng, Chendol, Hot Tau Suan with condiments, Chocolate Cakes, Cheese Cakes, Fruit Tartlets, Fresh Fruits, Almond Beancurd, Assorted Mini French Pastries, Chocolate Fondue served with Marshmallows, as well as Dried and Fresh Fruits.

 
I rounded up my meal with the sweet looking temptation dessert. They tasted fabulous. It was truly a night of freshness and sweetness indulgence.
 

 
Apart from that, I had the all-time favorite, Chocolate Prata with colorful sweet topping...
 

 
 
Pamper mum to a Seafood Fiesta at the Plaza Brasserie this forth-coming Mother’s Day. This is definitely a nice way to thank her for all the love and support that she has rendered to you all these years.
Savoring the Mother’s Day special, Singapore fish head curry claypot at Plaza Brasserie on the 11-12 May. For all the noble mothers out there, you need a deserved time off this Mother’s Day and be treated to a delicious meal together with memories of this special day with family and loved ones...
