Singapore is the host for the inaugural Café Asia 2013 and the International Coffee &Tea Industry Expo 2013 (ICT Expo 2013). It is the largest gathering of the tea and coffee industries in Southeast Asia as it has drawn 95 exhibitors from 22 countries. Café Asia 2013 marks Southeast Asia's first trade and consumer event dedicated to the region's Café and teahouse communities.
The 3-day exhibition is opened to the public on the March 15 and 16 and the programme outline is everything on coffee and tea. In addition, there were various tasting session from different booths.
It is packed with fun-filled activities for the trade and the public. Exclusive workshops, classes and demonstrations of the latest technologies, trends and techniques pertaining to the industry were available during the event.
Chaitime is Singapore’s first authentic Chai Café and it is focuses on chai lattes which aim to blend in east and west market.
This was the first time I've seen a brewed tea machine, and it looks like a coffee machine. Oh well, this is probably a rather unique device from Chaitime, so do pay them a visit at AXA Tower, 8 Shenton Way #B1-02 (Main Lobby)

I was given a sample drink of the Mint Choco... All I can say is, I savored every single bit of it and I truly indulged in this wonderful taste from the first sip to the last drop.
