MOTT32 Singapore - Dim Sum Brunch Will Never Be the Same Again!

On a random weekend, we visited the fine-dining concept restaurant 'Mott32' Singapore, which is located at Marina Bay Sands. The restaurant offers Dim Sum classics with a sumptuous makeover.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was in a great mood as the interior was really beautiful, and it had a luxurious vibe to it.

We had our brunch so we had mostly dim sum items, and we started off with our meal with the Soft Quail Egg, Iberico Pork, Black Truffle Siu Mai. They were simply delicious!

We also had the Signature Crispy Sugar Coated Peking Duck Bun.

Garoupa Dumpling with Chopped Chili

The Prawn Cheong Fun was amazing the prawn was perfectly done in a Japanese Ebi Tempura Style, and gave it a nice crunchy contrast to the silkiness of the rice roll skin. I loved the accompanying soy sauce as it really enhanced the entire flavor of this dish. It was really worth the money spent on this item!

We ended our meal with a plate of Crispy Pork Belly! The damage was SGD135, and this was my Easter holiday treat for my Baby! Dining in Mott32 has exceeded every expectation. We were pretty impressed with the food served.

Both Baby and I are oyster lovers, and we were craving for the 'Happy Hour' offered by Tanuki Raw, which is located at Jewel, Changi.

During the happy hour period, each oyster was going at a value price of SGD3, and it was a pretty great value for money! These tasty oysters were fresh and creamy. They are perfect when paired with some beer or cocktails at the premises!

Note, in order to enjoy this deal, you have to purchase a drink first!

We chanced upon this casual eatery place - Tun Xiang Hokkien Delights in Jewel which focuses on using Iberico Black Pork as the core ingredient in their dishes.

We ordered the signature Hokkien Mee, Oyster Omelette and a bowl of White Pepper Collagen Pig’s Stomach Soup.

The damage was SGD40, which include a bowl of white rice and a cup of re-fillable Pu’er tea.
