Sat date at Acqua e Farina + Moscato Party at SUO

After a hiatus of 2 years, I was back again to Acqua e Farina for dinner. This restaurant is a cosy Italian restaurant situated at The Rail Mall.




A bread basket was served shortly after being seated, while we helped ourselves with the Olive Oil and Vinegar which was placed on each table.


We started off with the Zuppa Del Giorno - Mushroom Soup.



Our appetizer, Melanzane alla Parmigiana came in an acceptable size. The oven baked Eggplants slices were layered with Mozzarella, Tomato Sauce, Parmesan Cheese and Basil tasted pretty good!



I had the Spaghetti Al Gambero, which had a large and fresh King Prawn, and Pasta which was cooked to Al Dente perfection! I truly enjoyed it, and it was AWESOMELY GOOD!!


Baby had his usual favorites - Linguine con Vongole.

We ended our dinner with a delicious Dessert Platter - Mini Crème Brûlée, Panna Cotta, Tiramisù and Lava Cake.


We were surprised by the complimentary Italian donut (Zeppole). It tasted good, and the density of the donut kept us wanting more!




The Acqua e Farina Restaurant is a hidden gem that serves really authentic and awesome Italian food. We enjoyed our dinner. Thanks Baby for the dinner treat!

Both Baby and I had 'Moscato Party' at home on a random weekday after work! There is a newly opened pizza joint at SUO, and they are running promotion of buy 1 pizza and get the second pizza at 50%, therefore, we picked up 2 boxes of pizza instead.


Simplicity is always the best! Just the two of us spending quality time together. Let’s do this often!
