I won a pair of tickets to Let Me In from xinmsn.com! I invited Joanna to join me for this preview screening due to Baby being held up by his army thingy...

'Let Me In' is an American remake of the Swedish film : Let the Right One In. An upcoming thriller movie directed by Matt Reeves and starring Kodi Smit-McPhee, Chloe Moretz and Richard Jenkins. Teen stars - Kodi Smit-McPhee & Chloe Moretz play their roles perfectly and their puppy love relationship is pretty plausible. Richard Jenkins gives a very convincing performance as a 'father'... This character is totally committed protecting his 'daughter'.

'Let Me In' is an interesting and entertaining movie, it borrows heavily from the Swedish version... However Kodi Smit-McPhee & Chloe Moretz's acting performances make the movie worth watching. This movie, unlike other vampire movies in the past, puts a focus more on friendship as its core theme..

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
