[Sentosa GrillFest 2019] Siloso Saison Blanc by Brewerkz

Brewerkz is Singapore's longest running craft brewery! Recently they have come out with a new crisp and refreshing Siloso Saison Blanc. This was an event-exclusive craft beer which was especially created for the Sentosa GrillFest 2019 Event! This event was THE ultimate beachside food festival at Siloso Beach!

 

 

 

We explored the one-kilometre stretch of the Sentosa GrillFest, which was along the Siloso Beach. The entire beach had been turned into a barbecue bash with roving live music performances, nostalgic tunes from the 80s, as well as various lights in order to set the mood!

  

Thanks Sweetie for extending her invite to me to the third edition of Sentosa GrillFest 2019. We visited the Brewerkz's booth at Siloso Beach to try out their new, event-exclusive craft beer, the Siloso Saison Blanc.

 

 

 

The CEO and Owner of Brewerkz, Tan Wee Han, was also there too, and he shared with us about Brewerkz's partnership with Sentosa for the GrillFest event. They created their craft beer experience, Siloso Saison Blanc, especially just for Sentosa GrillFest 2019.

 

Beer lovers must not miss out on the refreshing Siloso Saison Blanc by Brewerkz, which was brewed exclusively for Sentosa. The unique booze is served only for a limited time, so this is your only chance to get your hands on it! The Siloso Saison Blanc is a bubbly craft beer with a smooth malt and honey taste. It was quite light and I felt that it was rather smooth. It was also inspired by one of Singapore's most well-known beaches, as well as paying homage to sunny Singapore's past as a coastal/island fort! This easy-drinking beer complements well the Brewerkz restaurant’s best-selling Kombu Truffle Fries, and the brand-new menu item, Grilled Lamb Short Ribs.

 

I love the Kombu Truffle Fries best, as the truffle flavor was aromatic and I love the after taste which lingered on my palate.

 

 

 

Each cube-sized chicken meat tasted succulent and was perfectly grilled. 

 

We were delighted to enjoy the food with the live entertainment prepared by the skilled Chef over the grill station. It was perfect way to enjoy our time at the beach on a hot sunny day indeed!
