[second outlet] Little Sheep Hot Pot at Orchard Gateway

Mala Hotpot is trending among Singaporeans, and many hotpot restaurants have been sprouting up one after another! Little Sheep Hot Pot which is run by No Signboard Holding Ltd opened its second outlet which is located at Orchard Gateway after its success flagship at One Fullerton. I was glad to be invited for a tasting session on the opening day, and to my joy so were my blogging mates! I love to gather with my friends or family to have a good steamboat/hotpot, as it offers a heart-warming communal dining experience whereby everyone is at the table, cooking their favorite ingredients in simmering hot soup.

A short introduction about ‘Little Sheep Hot Pot’ - it is a well-known restaurant which was established since 1999, with their origins from Inner Mongolia.

We were served with the dual flavor pot consisting of the Original White Soup and Spicy Mala Soup. I love the Original White Soup as it tasted uber delicious, and it was made from 36 different spices. Each hot pot is filled with a steaming aromatic broth with an assortment of fresh ingredients such as goji berries, jujubes, black cardamon pod, ginseng and herbs. I enjoyed every bit of the soup and it tasted even better once the ingredients were added. With such flavorful soup, one doesn't really need to go for the dipping sauce. For those who like their meal on the fiery side, you can try their spicy broth that comes with 'mala' chili oil and peppercorns.

At Little Sheep Hot Pot, don’t miss out on the Lamb Kebabs Skewers, each skewer was perfectly grilled and tasted awesomely delicious!

The Little Sheep Hot Pot offers a wide array of seafood ingredients to add into the hotpot, and my favorite ones were the Mussels, the scallops, the White Promfret, and of course the usual steamboat ingredients such as Golden Mushroom, Black Fungus and Greenies!

Thanks for having us and allowing us to take part in welcoming Little Sheep Hot Pot to Singapore! We love the hotpot very much, and we will definitely return back for more hotpot fixes with more friends and family in the near future!

I highly recommend Little Sheep Hot Pot to anyone who loves Chinese hot pot or lamb delicacies. My favorite item is still the Signature Lamb Kebab, as each tender piece of meat tasted great and juicy, and I couldn't stop myself from getting second servings!
