Sales Department Dinner @ Eng Seng Restaurant

It’s been a long time since the sales team gathering for dinner, the last time was in Feb (during the CNY period), we gathered to have ‘Yu Sheng’ at Jumbo Seafood Restaurant @ East Coast.... so Gabriel suggested this gathering..... He reserved for 6 crabs in advance @ 6.30pm dining.... as this eatery place is specializing & famous for their crabs… reservation for the crabs is essential… After our work @ 5.30pm… everybody was still @ their work desk clearing their work stuffs …… including me… we made our way to the carpark abt 6pm….. Thanks Wayne for his car ride... Rina, Gabriel & Jo² were in the car too (though Jo² was not part of the sales team)… but she was rather close with all of us, so I asked her to join us for this dinner too …

When we reached Joo Chiat Road where the restaurant located… there were no seat available, so we queued for abt another 10-15 mins…. While queuing for the seats, we did our order first…. So once we got our seats, the chef can start preparing our ordered dishes…..
Once we started our dinner…the queue formed…. OMG… no wonder the crabs need to be reserved… the crowd was soooooooooo packed……

We ordered 3 Black Pepper Crabs , 3 Chilli Crabs, Fried You Tiao with Salad Cream, Baby Kailan with Oyster Sauce, Sambal Sotong, Chilli Mussels & Sautéed Fish Slice with Spring Onion & Ginger. 2 plates of White Bread for the Chilli Crab Sauce…

taken when we abt to leave the place... Look at the queue seem like never end.........We had a delightful dinner there… Thanks for the organizing this gathering dinner for the sales team of HMM…
