Supporting Local Production - Money No Enough 2 @ GV Plaza
After Work, as usual RJ… our driver drove us to Killiney Road for a light dinner before the show…. Along the long stretch of shophouses along Killiney Road, selling very famous Chee Cheong Fun - House of Rice Roll and Porridge. The very moment we sat down, we got our menu from the attentive staff there. We ordered Char Siew Chee Cheong Fun, Mushroom Chee Cheong Fun and Fish Porridge.
Char Siew (barbecued pork) Chee Cheong Fun - My Fave.....
Wow !!! The Char Siew Chee Cheong Fun, the meat was lean, the rice roll and the sauce blended in nicely… making a perfect combination, simply heavenly.
As for the Mushroom Chee Cheong Fun, the thin silky folded sheets of rice flour and together with specially-made black soya sauce, it was simply delicious.
Fish Porridge was delicious too… yummy.....
After our meal…. We headed down to GV Plaza to collect our tickets…. while waiting for Violet to join us for the show, we went to Carrefour to get some drinks….
Wow!!! The response was good. The whole theatre was full…..
A touching & funny movie both at the same time.... Rather entertaining….With the additional touch of family ties & the stir of emotions, it’s definitely much better than MNE1. A good comedy to laugh all your unhappiness & worries away!
It was a Friday, so we decided to go for some chilled-out after the show… we headed down to Tapas Wine Bistro @Holland Village….
We ordered Singapore Sling, Appletini, Bailey's Shake, Boston Beach & some finger foods
Our Finger food :-
Baked Potato Skin with Smoked Salmon
We left that place around 12 plus.... Thanks RJ... and of course don't forget your super doper service for sending all of us home safely. Sorry... that I fallen asleep during the car ride home again.... keke... Oh yes.... thanks again for lowering down the air-con, your wind-breaker & playing my fave trance songs...
