Birthday Celebration at Café Monochrome & The Tiramisu Hero Café

Happy Birthday to Wilfred! Our paths first crossed in 2018, and it seems like we've been friends for a very long time, as we always have endless conversations whenever we meet up!

I met up with the Birthday Boy and CK on a random weekday after my work. We settled our dinner celebration/gathering at Café Monochrome which is located at 216 Syed Alwi Road. The café bears a black and white interior that looks like a flat 2D illustration in photos.







We ordered a Truffle Cream Pasta, Monochrome’s Angel Hair and the Wagyu Donburi.




For sides, we had Crispy Mid-joint Wings and one of their Specialty Fries with toppings of chilli crab sauce. We love the Chilli Crab Fries as the sweet and spicy sauce was pretty addictive! The birthday boy loved the wings which both CK and I felt that those wings were similar to those of CP Food! Lolz...




Lately, the food served from a café is getting pricey these days, but I am glad that Café Monochrome has kept their menu at an affordable price. I will be back with my Baby for another round of café-hopping. 



We had a delightful dinner, and we enjoyed our dinner very much. After our meal, we walked over to The Tiramisu Hero which is located at Tyrwhitt Road (beside Jalan Besar Stadium) for a dessert session.




We enjoyed the Signature MOMMAHERO Tiramisu, and we loved the heavenly moment with one another!




We ended our night with a wefie at the premises!

[Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
