Here's an alert to all Hotpot fans! The newest addition to 'Eat At Seven' at Suntec City, Ding Xian Hot Pot is the first à la carte hotpot restaurant in Singapore to offer you both Blazing Magma Soup (Japanese spicy white miso soup) and Traditional Sichuan Mala Soup Under One Roof!
What's more, there are three other soup bases to choose from, such as the invigorating Clear Chicken Soup, spicy-sour Tom Yum and local classic Herbal Bak Kut Teh.
Ding Xian Hot Pot offers a wide range of ingredients, which are priced from SGD2 onwards, and the marquee ingredients include A4 Australian corn-fed Wagyu, Snow Crab Legs, as well as handmade meat balls, prawn balls and fish balls. There are also indulgent Collagen Balls, which come in normal and spicy variants.
We got to try out the Blazing Magma Soup and Herbal Bak Kut Teh Soup. While I loved the Magma Soup which was rich in flavor, it was a little too spicy for me! I love the interesting collagen ball that we were provided with to add to our soup bases. We also tried theirA4 Australian corn-fed Wagyu, Snow Crab Legs, as well as their Seasonal Mala Grilled Fish.
I enjoyed the Seasonal Mala Grilled Fish that Ding Xian offers as side dish. The restaurant also has a cooked food menu!
I ended the hotpot session with some sweet desserts. The Yuzu Muah Chee was da bomb!
Ding Xian Hot Pot was officially opened on the 7th May 2018, and is helmed by Executive Chef Bryan Chow, who has years of experience cooking international, Thai, and fusion Japanese cuisines. Ding Xian aims to deliver an unforgettable hotpot experience at an affordable price. The restaurant can host both small groups such as office workers on their lunch breaks and large families looking to celebrate meaningful occasions.

Diners can choose a soup base from their 5 different soup base selections. You can then choose your food base/ingredients thereafter. Various add-ons are available, which begin from only 50cents!
