Crazy over crack-ing polish

I am totally in love with the crack polish which I received from Mei Mei's Signatures... The 90s trend is making its comeback. The 'crack' top coat is a special top coat applied to your regular nail color that gives a cracking effect on the finish.

The crack might look complicated but it is pretty simple to create with a 'crack' polish... It works like normal lacquers, the only difference is that it will automatically crack on drying and create a design/pattern on the nails...

Achieving this crackled effect with just 3 steps...

Step 1 : Apply the base coat on the clean nails.

Step 2 : Apply your nail color as usual, allowing your nails to dry up while skipping the clear top coat.. Ensure that the nails are completely dry before applying the crack polish as to avoid the crack color penetrating the nail color.

Step 3 : Apply a thin coat of crack polish, and not to go over the same section more than once.

This crack polish has a matte black finish...

I applied a clear top coat for a long lasting glossy high shine look...

The 'Crack' Polish provides a 3D effect... The texture of the crack can be felt on the nail, therefore it is better to overlay a layer of clear top coat, it also helps to keep the color long lasting...

A BIG THANK YOU to Mei Mei's Signatures for inviting me to try out the TRIED and TESTED session...
