Movie date with the Wrath of Titans

This is our second time catching a movie from Cathay Cineplex at City Square, JB... A pair of weekend tickets cost us RM24 (abt SGD11), money saving indeed!! YAY, our movie date with the 'Wrath of Titans'...

‘Wrath of the Titans’ is an American fantasy film and sequel to the 2010 film, ‘Clash of the Titans’... The movie takes place a decade after the events of the first film as the gods lose control over the imprisoned Titians... This time Perseus's (starring Sam Worthington) mission is to rescue his father, Zeus (played by Liam Neeson), overthrow the Titans and save mankind.
This sequel offers better thrilling action sequences but it is still a let-down by the thin plot and weak characters... The movie is lacking a interesting storyline and the dialogue is fairly simple too...

The plot of the whole movie can be summarized up in one line - To save Zeus from his conniving brother Hades (played by Ralph Fiennes) and jealous son Ares (starring Edger Ramirez).
‘Wrath of the Titans’ has received unfavorable reviews in general... Sam Worthington's acting fails to deliver once again... This movie is lacking of imagination though the action is well-choreographed.
However, I am still able to hang on till the end of the show as I am a Greek mythology fan, however if you're someone who is looking for a movie with an intriguing plot, you should give it a miss then...

This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
